William Denardo - Attorney at Law

Attorney Profile: William DeNardo

For well over ten years, William DeNardo has been tirelessly advocating for his clients in courtrooms all over South Eastern Pennsylvania. Bill brings with him a passion to his craft seldom seen in his contemporaries.

A lifelong resident of the suburban Philadelphia area, Bill began his legal career as a Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney. During his three years at the office, William prosecuted hundreds of cases involving driving under the influence of alcohol, thefts, crimes of violence, crimes against the elderly, and drug offenses. As a prosecutor, William was able to hone his trial and advocacy skills, handling cases from arrest through jury trial and sentencing. Over the years at the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, William developed relationships with police officers, detectives, judges and fellow Assistant District Attorney's, all of whom respect his judgment and ability.

Bill left the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office in 2001 to enter private practice. For the past eight years, William has been representing clients who have been accused of breaking the law. William has helped hundreds of clients over the years by negotiating fair plea-bargains, obtaining their admission into the ARD program, obtaining expungements of criminal records and arguing their cases before judges and juries. Bill's track record of success speaks for itself.

Bill believes that he should always be trying to achieve the best result for his client. To that end, Bill recognizes that an arrest or conviction could have ramifications on a client's life beyond what many people expect. Jobs, family, and the ability to drive are just some examples of what could be dramatically affected by an arrest or conviction. Bill is quick to analyze a client's problem from all angles and will always try to implement a plan of action that takes all contingencies into account.
